Don't believe anything on the rockmaster web site.They just want your money. No customer service, no help after they recieve your money. 7 weeks only half of the equipment delivered won't let us know about the rest. Renting a place just to take baths and hauling water for everything else. If I can tell just one person not to order from this company that would be great. NO Assembly Manual and NO Instructions Manual included .Swivel won't fit for a length of almost 1 inch.It is clear that the drive unit is a diferent model than the one required for the provided mounting plate. Today I found out that they (Hydratek2000 or Rockmasterdrills ) are offering the same product at exactly the same web pages but as : ROCKMASTERDRILLS at www.rockmasterdrills.com with diferent phone numbers and different address (about five blocks away in the same town).I also found a complaint against them for the same reason at SCAMclub.com (a free site for posting complaints), report 2212 dated 02/14/07. I wish that you contact me because I think we are victims of a big SCAM (about $ 2,500.00 each case)and I'm sure we are a lot and need to come together to act against this scamers.
