They did, It was supposed to come to my address. When I finally located it I had to rent a truck and trailer and drive over 30 miles away to pick it up. They failed to send me all the bits. They said they would send me another. I never received it. The zx-1000 as advertised as having a 1 1/2 inch drill stem. The one they sent was 1 inch threaded pipe about 5 feet in length. I began drilling and the gear box beneith the motor locked up. I thought it was the bit had bound on a rock. I lost the 6 inch bit trying to remove the stem and the bit, only to find that it was actually the gear box locked up. I called and ask they for a diagram of the gear box so I could have it fixed. Tom said they would send it. That has been over a month ago and I have had not received anything. Someone tell me what I can do to get these snot brained idiots attention. I want to put every comment I can to advise everyone of their dishonest dealings, and prevent them from purchasing their junk. John Carr

Don't believe anything on the rockmaster web site.They just want your money. No customer service, no help after they recieve your money. 7 weeks only half of the equipment delivered won't let us know about the rest. Renting a place just to take baths and hauling water for everything else. If I can tell just one person not to order from this company that would be great. But i would really just like to shut them down and get my money back. They are a rip off don't order from them!
