Instawell With Solar Power Kit
Description: This self contained water well can be used to drain flooded swales, mud puddles, sand traps or any other water filled container. Useful as a water supply pump close to lakes, ponds, or rivers. The Instawell will pump water vertically 45 feet or horizonally 600 feet and can be used right out the box as a ready to go water well pump, complete with perforated water well screen and power cord. The powerful 12 volt Vortex pump contained within the unit will handle sandy, turbid or muddy water without problems. To operate connect an ordinary garden hose to the fitting on the top of the unit. Prepare a location for the Instawell by placing it in a body of water, a flowing underground aquifer, or in the case of a flooded swale, puddle or sand trap, dig a hole and cover the Instawell with coarse sand or gravel in the flooded areas’ lowest point. For a grassy area with cleaner water and temporary installation just take a plug of soil out and stand the Instawell up in the hole, no sand needed. Once the unit is activated with 12 volt DC power water flows immediately at 5 gallons per minute.
